Resolution
Performance Analysis for Oracle Agent is not RAC aware, meaningthe Performance Analysis installation will pick up one instance. For example, the Performance Analysis installation will not pick up the rest of the instances, assuming the same Oracle Home for all the nodes on the RAC.
Therefore,Performance Analysis installer will need to be run for all three nodes for each instance.
For example, the total of Performance Analysis installationswill be 9 installations for a three instanceRAC environment on three nodes.
The same port number can be used so there will not be three different installation directories on each node.

Additional Information
PA GUI is RAC aware, and knows how to handle the RAC nodes and data. Same installation parameters should be used when installing PA Agents over RAC: port, pre-sets, etc.
