When open the Connection Manager and click on "Help" nothing happen. The Online Help does not come up.

Open the Online Help directly by clicking on:
Start | Programs | Quest Software | Performance Analysis | Documentation | Oracle | Performance Analysis for Oracle
After opening the documentation search for "Connection" to find the part within the connection help.
STATUS:
Will be fixed in a future release.
