Limit the "Remove Literals in SQL" within the "where" clause
Description

When checking the "Remove Literals in SQL" option, all the constants inside the SQL is replaced. Is there a way to just limit the replacement in the "where" clause of the SQL statement?
Resolution

Currently the "Remove Literals in SQL" will replace all literals within the entire SQL statements and cannot be limited to the "where" clause.
