When clicking on the Performance Advisories, Best Practices, and E-business tabs on the home screen, they are blank.
Problem was possibly due to a combination of issues:
1) Repository was installed on same schema owner on the monitored instance.
2) Repository tablespace did not have enough space and could not auto-extend.
3) Possible corrupt PA client install.
Remove previous installation of Performance Analysis for Oracle and re-install all components, including the agents, repository manager, and client GUI application. Please also make sure at least Oracle 9i client tools are installed on the client pc.
When installing the agent and repository, please be sure to read the Pre-Installation Checklist document available on supportlink in order to create the proper tablespaces that will be needed for the installation.
