After restoring a user Office 365 licenses are not applied -
Description
After restoring a soft deleted user from the Difference Report, the Office 365 licenses are not restored. This can result in the account not having the same access to applications as it did previously or the mailbox not being associated to the user. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND:
Restore the user by selecting the user from the Unpacked Objects and selecting Restore instead of restoring from the Difference Report. If the user was restored from Difference Report, either refresh the Difference Report and select to restore the licenses, or restore the user again from the Unpacked Objects list.
STATUS:
Defect RMAD-1222 has been logged and will be addressed in a future release.
