BinaryTreeCDSPowerShell service accounts are not created
ODM has upgraded to use Enterprise Applications, BinaryTreeCDSPowerShell accounts are no longer used.
The BinaryTreeCDSPowerShell accounts are no longer required and may be removed.
If you still are having issue with the product you can Remove the all of the Quest Enterprise Apps in the M365 Tenant the regrant consent
Best Practices is to grant all required permissions at the same time to ensure that the permissions are properly deployed.
