During a teams migration you encounter the following error message: Request failed with BadRequest status code (Bad Request). {"error":{"code":"Request_BadRequest","message":"The following extension properties are not available: extension_fe2174665583431c953114ff7268b7b3_Education_ObjectType
This is causing the teams migration task to fail by being unable to pass this check.
This error is due to attempting to migrate a class type teams from an EDU tenant to a Commercial tenant and the properties do not exist on the commercial tenant causing the jobs to run into these errors and fail.
Within ODM it is supported from migrating EDU to EDU tenants with limitations however migrating from EDU to Commercial will fail and is not supported.
Class teams from EDU to Commercial tenants are not migrated. Based on the current user guide it is only possible to migrate from EDU to EDU with certain limitations.
