Will On Demand Migration (ODM) provision a Team and create the SharePoint site using the same time zone that is used by the source tenant?
Microsoft M365 tenant within the SharePoint Administrator Center controls the time zone applied during the site creation process.
When the Team or SharePoint sites are created by ODM, they are created within the target tenant using the default settings for the site within that tenant. ODM will not set or update the time zone during this step or when the site is migrated.
