Device cutover is failing with an error message:
Result code: 0 Get-ProvisioningPackageId error.
Could not load file or assembly 'file:///C:\Windows\system32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\Modules\Provisioning\provcommon.dll' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format. Unable to determine PackageID of package 'XXXXXXXX'.
The affected device is running Windows on an ARM64 processor.
ARM64 devices are not currently supported.
