When trying to match or map accounts, the following error is encountered and the task fails: "Unable to run this task as some of the accounts doesn't have all the information required for evaluating the license. Please run the discovery task. "
The attributes of the account have changed after the recent discovery or were not collected properly during the most recent discovery task.
Run a "Refresh Selected Accounts" task for the affected accounts. If the issue persists, try to remove the account from the migration project, re-discover it and then try again with the matching or mapping of the account.
If these steps are not resolving the issue, contact Quest Support and provide the diagnostic information of the failing task for further investigation.
