The IsDirSynced attribute is not read in during the Read step of the workflow.
The attribute is not read in as it is missing in Template and therefore is not in the Used Attributes part of the Environment.
Adding the IsDirSynced attribute into Template and run Read workflow is reading the attribute and can be used in ODM Directory Sync.
