When a customer manually creates a target Microsoft Team, the Team Provision task fails. The failure error is Task 'discover-site-contents-workflow' (#0) failed with an unhandled exception: Task 'should-match-site-contents-activity' (#12) failed with an unhandled exception: Cannot find primary channel files folder for the team.
A manually created target Microsoft Team does not generate its corresponding SharePoint site in the target SharePoint tenant.
To resolve this issue, customer required to perform the following steps:
Create a new Microsoft Team manually in the target environment.
Verify that the corresponding SharePoint site is successfully created.
Confirm that the SharePoint site can be accessed without errors.
Run the Team Provision process.
