Customer installed the new Desktop Update Agent 2.5.* but the UI is not reflecting this.
You can run an export of the Installation Status task under More, this will provide you the information you need regarding installation. From our user guide:
Export Installation Status: This report is useful to verify which devices have the DUA agent installed for each selected Account. For DUA 2.5.x series agents (and later), this report includes any computers which have polled On Demand Migration for instructions within the last 30 days, even if the corresponding account does not yet have a Switch Applications task.
