When trying to run any job for a Device you get the following message and the job does not start.
No matched users found, users must be matched before generating UserMap
Customer deleted their Environments and created new ones. Device was still pointing to the archived target environment.
From ODM AD - Devices and Servers, select the device and from the Action dropdown menu, Set Device Target Environment and select the new target environment.
