ODMAD - Pre-flight failing with Error: Result code: 16 Could not access package at: 'AADBulkEnrollment:\X:\DirectoryName\PackageName.ppkg' Unable to fetch provisioning package from 'AADBulkEnrollment:\X:\DirectoryName\PackageName.ppkg'.

The Entra ID cutover action failed during the Pre-flight step. The pre-flight validation action ensures that the device is ready for cutover when the cutover script runs.  Part of this validation is to check the accessibility of the provisioning package before the cutover.

Please confirm the following:

• The directory is correctly specified in the migration profile with the same name.  Example:

• The path is properly defined under Repositories:

• The directory specified in the repositories still exists on the device and is accessible, Example:

  • X:\DirectoryName\PackageName.ppkg

• The account running the service (typically the local system account, NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM) has permission to access this folder.
