ODM OneDrive - The sign-in name or password does not match one in the Microsoft account system (4380913)

Customer can migrate most of the users OneDrive apart from a few, below task events were reported:

OneDrive does not exist in the target and will be provisioned. Provisioning has been started. It might take up to several days.
The sign-in name or password does not match one in the Microsoft account system.

The Configure Connections page is correct and target OneDrive's were pre-provisioned outside of ODM.  

ODM doesn't see the target OneDrive's and tried to provisioned them and hit the error.

Tried the below steps and worked:

1. Un-match the affected users from ODM Accounts module(select accounts, Match selected, Next, Clear existing matching)
2. Remove the users from ODM Accounts module
3. Rediscover, match and migrate again
