Consent for Teams continuously expires in Tenant(s) (4380586)

During the migration project, the customer consistently loses the Teams consents for the tenant(s). Although the consent is re-granted, it is revoked again shortly afterward. 

Potential contributing factors include:

• Tenant policies – Configuration rules that limit how long enterprise applications can retain delegated or application-level access.
• Audit log actions – Audit entries may provide details on when and why consent is being revoked.
• Unmet prerequisites – The Teams service account may not fully meet the prerequisites required for stable operation.

• Validate tenant policies – Review tenant-level policies governing application access duration. If necessary, exclude Quest applications from these restrictions.
• Analyze audit logs – Inspect audit log entries for the affected enterprise application to determine when consent is removed and identify the underlying trigger.
• Confirm prerequisites – Verify that all prerequisites for the Teams service account are satisfied. Missing configurations are a common cause of recurring consent loss.
