Description

Modern Password stopped working after LDAP filters were changed.
Cause

A changed was made to the LDAP filters and this require the ODMDirectorySync Service to be restarted on the agent servers.
Resolution

ODMDirectorySync Service on the agent servers needs to be restarted.
