Unable to logon to ODM Migration Portal & keeps repeatedly looping back to logon page.
Error flagged within Web Browser URL when encountering this looping issue :
Using application "Quest On Demand" is currently not supported for your organization xxxxxx.com because it is in an unmanaged state.
An administrator needs to claim ownership of the company by DNS validation of taropumps.com before the application Quest On Demand can be provisioned.
Customer is trying to logon to ODM Migration Portal using email address with domain which has not being added into Microsoft Azure.
1) Request from customer to provide for another new email address with domain which has already been added & verified in Microsoft Azure.
2) Change ODM "Subscriptions Owner" to this new email address.
3) Search for "Order Number" in TIMS Portal using customer's ODM Product "License Number".

4) Using "Order Number" acquired from TIMS Portal, search for "Order" in SalesForce Portal.
5) Scroll down at left hand side frame in SalesForce Portal in order to see "Order" to click on.
6) Select customer's order for relevant ODM product.
7) Select "Update Contacts and Publish to Products" option on top right hand corner.
8) Update "End User Email Contact" to this new email address.
