We’ve removed the following application permission from the Teams Full app to reduce access on the target tenant:Sites.Manage.All (Application)
This change is part of our effort to minimize the permissions required for the target tenant and improve security. You’re welcome to regrant consent on the Teams Full app to adopt the updated, reduced permission set. There’s no impact if you don’t take any action—your existing setup will continue to work as is.
