Cause
When a T5 and AD license are together with Entra ID in the same Organization, the Organization is upgraded to Full ODM AD

Resolution
When a T5 and AD license are together with Entra ID in the same Organization, the Organization is upgraded to Full ODM AD experience. Migration for Entra Devices is a lite version of the ODM AD product, once a T5/T7 or Full AD license is assigned, it will be upgraded to Full ODM AD.
