During Meeting Link Migration (MLM) in Quest On Demand Migration (ODM), meetings are re-created in the target tenant with the target user as the new organizer.
However this migrated mail user gets NDR listing all recipients of meeting when changing meeting on own calendar.
During migration of meeting links in On Demand Migration (ODM), ownership of meeting is transferred to target user.
Specifically, the Meeting Link Migration (MLM) task creates a new Teams meeting in target tenant with the original meeting details, then sets target user as organizer of this new meeting.
The original meeting in the source tenant is subsequently cancelled, so that a cancellation email is automatically sent out to each organizer & attendees.
It's important to note that this attendee list is not updated to match target domain, also cancellation emails are sent out to attendees at source domain, not at target domain.
This means that while organizer of new meeting is already using your target domain, the original attendees will still be receiving cancellation notices for the original meeting in your source tenant.
All those recipients listed in that NDR should be meeting attendees, hence please take note that only the meeting organizer will be updated to match your target domain, so all other attendees will still remain to use your source domain, such that meeting cancellation emails to attendees will get bounced if unable to get delivered to source domain, either due to no forwarding rule to source domain, or source domain has been decommissioned.

How it works :
The meeting link migration task creates a new Teams meeting with the original meeting details in the target tenant. It sets the target user as the organizer. This new meeting invite must be accepted by all participants. The original meeting migrated to the target is canceled. The cancellation email is automatically sent out to the organizer and attendees.
Considerations
1) The attendee list is not updated to match the target domain.
2) A cancellation email is sent out to the organizer and attendees. Since the source attendees are not replaced with the corresponding target ones, the cancellation email is sent out to the source tenant.
3) A new meeting is created if the migrating user is the organizer of that particular Teams meeting.
