DUA (Desktop Update Agent) does not not pull the users profile after a Domain Move.
When the Domain was removed from the Source M365 environment the users UPN's and Email addresses get changed into <GUID>@Domain.onmicrosoft.com. This will not match what is in ODM and on the users workstation.
Wait for M365 to update the source tenant information or Manually update the source users to properly reflect what should be the users UPN. Run the ODM Discovery to reflect what is now in the source.
