Description
GUI of Domain Cutover section on ODM Portal is not showing up, because Domain Move is not enabled for this ODM Project, so it is just showing as 0 total domains with 6 domains matched.

Cause
We observed that activated date for Domain Move licenses is timed to be after creation date of this ODM Project which is previously being used for Domain Rewrite, this means that Domain Move licenses has been added after this ODM Project is created.

Resolution
Since Domain Rewrite has been run before but is no longer in use now, we proceeded to disable this old workload, which in turn resulting in Domain Cutover being enabled back by itself automatically & then its GUI starting to show up in ODM Portal, hence this same old ODM Project can be reused for Domain Move.
However if that above preliminary procedure does not resolve this issue, please execute these below more thorough steps :
1) Disable Domain Rewrite, then wait a while more for ODM to completely remove all artifacts like connectors, groups, etc from both tenants.
2) Archive this ODM project
3) Create new ODM Project for Domain Move
