Teams Migration Failure Due to Deserialization Error (4378597)

During a Teams migration, the task fails with the following error:

Unexpected error occurred: The orchestrator function 'migrate-child-resources-workflow' failed: 
"The activity function 'list-discovered-resources-activity' failed: "Unexpected error occurred: 
Deserialization of types without a parameterless constructor, a singular parameterized constructor, 
or a parameterized constructor annotated with 'JsonConstructorAttribute' is not supported. Type 'Quest.OnDemand.Connector.Contracts.ParentId'.".

Impact: This issue affected Teams migration jobs that included incremental or re-migration of channel posts between February 11 and February 26, 2025. If a channel contained new posts/messages since the last migration, those messages were not migrated.

This was a production issue caused by an error related to a missing or incorrectly configured JSON constructor for the ParentId type. 

A technical fix was successfully deployed on February 26, 2025.

To ensure complete data migration:

1. Identify Teams channels migrated between February 11 and February 26, 2025
2. Perform a complete re-migration of these affected Teams channels
3. Verify that all missing channel posts and messages are successfully transferred
