Customer needs to clean up the AutoPilot hashes in the source tenant for the hybrid joined devices.
Hybrid Autopilot machine's identity doesn't match with the Autopilot Hash, so ODM cannot find them in Intune.
For this type of joined devices the cleanup process needs to be manual There is no harm to remove the hash ahead of the migration events.
