How do we determine the number of licenses that have been consumed in On Demand Migration Directory Sync and Active Directory?
Product Licensing Basics:
1) Based on the number of unique source accounts processed by a Directory Sync Workflow.
2) Licenses are consumed when the Directory Sync Workflow creates or updates the target objects.
3) The following object types do not consume any license:
Distribution Group
Security Group
Mail Enabled Security Group
Teams
M365 Group mailboxes
Contacts
Computer accounts
Guest

To view the list of objects that have consumed a license:
1) From your ODMAD dashboard, click on the hamburger menu at the top left corner.
2) Click on Manage > Subscriptions link.
3) Hover over one subscription, click on Export to download the licensedObjects-xxx.csv file.
4) Objects that have consumed a license will be listed in this csv file. Each object consumed will be tracked by the source's ObjectID.
