You might see at some point that the source membership of each and every Teams is one, which is only the source service account, and there is no sign of membership updates in the audit logs in the source Entra portal.
This is a result of accounts being disabled in the source tenant.ODM does not modify Source membership.Microsoft advises, by disabling the user accounts, Microsoft will automatically remove their Teams membership , despite the licenses are still assigned.
We recommend to migrate membership before user accounts have been disabled.If users have already been disabled, you will need to re-enable the accounts, re-migrate the Membership of the Teams in ODM.You can then proceed to disable user accounts if necessary.
