Customer getting 'EWS API error occurred (Unauthorized)''error when creating a new project. 

This issue is typically caused by insufficient permissions, invalid or misconfigured credentials, or the absence of required IP whitelisting for the EWS API.

1.  Grant the required consents before setting up the project..
2.  Verify that the service account is assigned the Global Administrator (GA) role..
3.  Ensure the service account email address is accurate and correctly configured.
