Customer has several devices that are stuck in the not ready state. Confirmed that they have the on demand agent installed and there are no issues for these devices to access the backend. Yet these specific machines are still not registering after a long time.
Machines were renamed after agent was installed on them.
To verify that machine rename is a culprit, please check the latest agent_xxx logfile from the affected machine, that stored in C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest\On Demand Migration Active Directory Agent\Files folder.
The error message will look like this:

-Failed to register device (DeviceName: '<old_name>', Hostname: '<new_name>', DomainName: '<domain>', DeviceId: '', TenantId: '', AgentVersion: '<version number>')
-No objects found for Device: '<old_name>' in EndpointId '<id>'
The Not Ready tab is having the <new_name> of the machine, which device agent will keep trying to use its <old_name>.
