System.Exception: Unable to locate the PDC emulator for XXX.local (Domain) - cannot migrate SID History.

at CDS.Model.Job.Execute(IWebServiceFactory webServiceFactory, CancellationToken cancellationToken)
Cause

Source and Target DCs cannot communicate with each other
Resolution

1. There must be a network path between the source and target DCs. For scenarios with no trust, source admin credentials must be entered into the target agent during the agent installation. This allows the target DC to access information directly from the source DC.

2. Check the Firewall settings. There might be a Firewall turned on, blocking the communication between 2 DCs.
