Your Mailbox migration is failing with the error below:
Synchronization state data is corrupt or otherwise invalid.

There are several causes of this issue like full mailbox, corrupted folder, etc.
The corrupted syncstate happens when reading source folder(s)
There are few solutions for the issue:
1) Create a Mailbox Migration task and use Date filter from 1980 to present
or
2) Create a Mailbox Migration task and select Reset Migration (the data in target needs to be removed)
