Setting up a new Hybrid Exchange Project- Getting HTTPClient.TImeOut for the source on-prem Exchange
Description

We unable to setup a New Hybrid Exchange Project- Getting HTTPClient.TImeOut. We had Firewall team whitelist the recommended IPs and still get the same result.
Cause

Source on-prem EWS is not exposed to the internet
Resolution

Please test EWS URL accessibility from outside by doing basic network testing:
- is address resolvable and it goes to correct IP?
- is port 443 accessible? Port 443 test can be done using a standard telnet client like this:
telnet <name or IP address> 443
If connection is working, then telnet will show black screen. Otherwise it'll show connection attempt, that will fail after timeout

Lastly, please perform EWS tests using Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer: Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer
