Is it possible to migrate Team/M365 Group-linked SharePoint site as a dedicated target SharePoint site without creating a parent Team or M365 Group?
it is not possible to migrate a Team/Microsoft 365 Group-connected SharePoint site directly to a standalone SharePoint site collection, as this would require changing the site template. However, there is a supported workaround to migrate the lists and document library content.
You can migrate the lists and document libraries from the source site to a pre-created target SharePoint site by using the Map SharePoint Content from File task.
STEPS

Please consider the following limitations:
Discovery of SharePoint content for private and shared channels will be skipped because these sites use the Team channel site template.
Mapping of private and shared channel sites is not supported directly through ODM SharePoint, as sites based on the TEAMCHANNEL#1 template cannot be migrated as standalone SharePoint sites. These sites can only be mapped as part of the parent Team during an ODM Teams Provision task.
System libraries, including Site Pages, Site Assets, and Form Templates, are not supported for remapping and will be skipped. Only standard SharePoint lists and document libraries can be successfully mapped and migrated.
