This status is stamped on the account when the Discovery is scheduled and detects the mentioned account has been deleted from the Active Directory or Cloud environment.
Even if the account is restored, ODM will not change the status.
Please contact support and ask to have the account removed from the ODM Domain Rewrite Records.
Once the account is removed you will need to modify it (a small change in an attribute is OK)
Then run a discovery on the environment.
You will see the account is back now with the normal status and you will be able to perform regular actions on it.
