When Team or M365 Group account is migrated through the ODM Accounts section, it'll create a target Azure AD object incorrectly, then Provisioning task won't be able to create necessary structure in the target tenant.
To resolve the issue, open Microsoft Admin Center, connecting to the target tenant and delete the newly created object.
It may be necessary to also check SharePoint Admin, Deleted Sites to verify that there's no SharePoint site was created that was linked to this object.
It's necessary to use PowerShell to purge such SharePoint site, if it exists.
Once it's done, check ODM UI, Teams, Teams or Groups section and remove the Team or M365 source group from the list.
Same should be done in ODM UI, SharePoint section, removing Team/Group-linked SharePoint site URL there.
Re-discover Team or M365 Group in the appropriate ODM section.
Do not use Accounts section for this purpose!
Once Team or M365 Group is discovered, run the Provisioning task. It'll create all target tenant objects properly by itself.
Note: If target tenant Team or M365 were created manually, it may be necessary to map source to target object through the CSV file, as per ODM User Guide documentation.
