How can I migrate local on-premise Security Groups and Distribution Lists to my target on-premise Active Directory?
Resolution

On Demand Migration (ODM) has an optional Active Directory module available that is able to sync source local Active Directory objects to the target Active Directory environment.
Without the Active Directory module, ODM is only able to sync cloud-based objects from the source Microsoft 365 environment to the target Microsoft 365 environment.
