After running the Discover task in On Demand Migration (ODM), the Mailboxes tab shows no users. -
Cause
This is likely a permissions issue. -
Resolution
Verify that the ODM migration admin accounts for both the source and target Office 365 tenants are "Global Administrators" with ApplicationImpersonation rights in their respective tenants.
