ODM only sets forwarding on the source mailbox to forward new mail to the target mailbox after the migration is complete. ODM does not make any changes to the email, nor is it involved in the mail flow process in this scenario. Once forwarding is set on the source mailbox native Microsoft mail routing and spam rules apply.
