Does On Demand Migration (ODM) migrate the SharePoint App Catalog? -
Resolution
Currently, ODM does not migrate the SharePoint App Catalog. The SharePoint App Catalog will need to be re-created manually in the target tenant outside of ODM. Here are a couple of Microsoft articles that you may find helpful:

STATUS
An Enhancement Request, ODMSPO-I-49, has been created for the product team to consider adding this feature to a future version of On Demand Migration.
