How to finalize migration project related to mailbox migration and cutover?

We have reached the point where we are looking to finalize our ODM 365 migration. We've been in this configuration of coexistence with mail forwarding and would like guidance on how to finish. Do you have documentation for this?

When mailbox migrations are complete, run the 'Switch Mailbox' task from the Accounts tab from within ODM.

When complete, perform the cutover and domain move.
