Domain Rewrite rules, connectors and groups are being created in the tenants but keep getting removed then readded on a looping basis.
This can occur when you have enabled Domain Rewrite for two projects under one client in the ODM Portal or have enabled Domain Rewrite for one project too soon after disabling in another.
ODM does not support Domain Rewrite being enabled for 2 projects under 1 client so if that is your requirement you will need to request a second client to create a project in (If you do require this you will need to log a request with support as a backend change is required for this to work).
