ODM Teams Last Activity is Blank in the Portal
Description

In ODM Teams Portal, why do some teams have no value for Last Activity, but I can see the Teams channels contain uploaded files, etc?
Cause

The Last Activity column is based on Teams channel chat activity. If there are no conversations in the Teams channel, then this column will be empty (blank).
Resolution

The ODM Teams dashboard is working as designed. Open the source team channel and confirm there's not conversation history.

Enter a new chat, then in ODM run a Discovery. The "Last Activity" column will be populated with the date and time of the last conversation.
