ODM AD Directory Sync not updating after adding and removing objects from scope (4325084)

We are trying to synchronize AD accounts across two AD environments using ODM AD Dir sync but we could see some users being missed out from the sync even when they are included in the in-scope OU of the tool.

Also we have removed some accounts from the in-scope OU that were synced earlier mistakenly and have reconciled the environments and ran the sync but unfortunately it is still creating those accounts.

1. Go to ODM Active Directory | Directory Sync | Click Hamburger Menu - Environments
2. Set the source and target ODM environment records to "Reconcile on Next Read"
3. Update the USN value of the source object by modifying the Description attribute.
4. Run the Directory Sync workflow.

The out-of-scope objects should not be synced to the target and the in-scope objects will sync and appear in the target.
