Teams Migration Files not migrated - "Files migration failed: Cannot find the List 'Documents' on the SharePoint Migration project"

Teams Migration - ODM is failing to migrate any files for each team.    Here is an example of the errors that we are getting for each Team we try to migrate:

--- Files migration failed: Cannot find the List 'Documents' on the SharePoint Migration project
--- Files migration failed: Cannot find the Members '/sites/ABC' on the SharePoint Migration project

It seems we get these errors for each channel that s Team has.  (A team with 5 channels will get these same errors 5 times)

The rest of the content in each teams appears to be migrating over without any errors

The 'Discover SharePoint Contents' task was not run from ODM SharePoint

Allow at least 24 hours for sites to be provisioned

In ODM go to SharePoint section

Confirm 'Discover Site Collections' is run

Run the 'Discover SharePoint Contents' task

Switch to ODM Teams and run the migration again.
