ODM Teams migration for email mailbox does not initialize
Description

Migrated a Microsoft Teams via On Demand Migration (ODM) and the mailbox did not migrate. After 1 hour the migration updated to a failed status.
Cause

ODM Teams migration added functionality after 1 hour of inactivity to end the mailbox migration for Teams if there is no progress.
Resolution

The ODM migration engine will migrate the Teams data and then initiate a mailbox migration to complete the migration job. Additional progress checking has been added to fail the migration after 1 hour of inactivity instead of letting the job hang.

WORKAROUND

Create a new Teams migration task and select Migrate group mailbox only to remigrate just the Team's mailbox data.
