DirSync: Missing objects after reconcile
If you ran a reconcile and there are missing objects or no objects in scope, it is likely that there is a misconfigured filter.
We recommend validating LDAP filters independently before implementing any changes to ensure they include the intended objects. This can be easily accomplished using the Active Directory Users and Computers application.
After making any environment filter changes, run a Reconcile operation to ensure the updated scope is reflected correctly and to identify any filter misconfigurations as early as possible.
