Unable to Grant access to On-demand Module

Failed to refresh token. Status Code:400: Invalid_grant. AADSTS65001

Permission Propagation delay within Office365 Tenant could be a possible cause

This behavior is observed with new Office365 tenant and newly created Service accounts

Connect to Office 365 Tenant and ensure the Account is active and has Global administrator role

If the Global administrators' access was granted recently, login to Office 365 Portal with the new service account

1. Connect to Exchange online PowerShell module and validate the commands available to ensure the required Permissions are present
2. Log off from the On-demand Migration portal, then log in again to re-grant the access
3. If the problem persists, please contact Quest Technical Support team
