Description
During migration the following error gets logged :
"AclCheckFailed"

Cause
- First migration migrates a file to target using migration admin A
- A remigration done using migration admin B will cause this "AclCheckFailed" error when checking the file migrated previously.
- Ensure there is no restriction or blocking on Source and Target Teams or Chat. This will prevent the task to compete with no issue. -
Resolution
Revert back to the first admin in order to run a remigration.
Allow Teams and chat for the accounts on Target Tenant.
