Error: "Insufficient privileges to start system services" when running DUA
Description

When running DUA, it's generating an error: "insufficient privileges to start system services"
Cause

Outdated .NET 4.x version
Resolution

DUA is requiring .NET 4.7.2 version minimum. To workaround this issue, please upgrade .NET 4.x either by using Windows Update or manually to the latest version.
